Sheep River Road

CA$450.00

Title: Sheep River Road

Medium: Acrylic

Size: 18 x 24  Stretched Canvas

Finish: Charcoal Black Coloured Frame ( Total dimensions are 20 x 26)

Description:

This landscape captures the breathtaking beauty of the road on the way to Sheep River Falls in the beautiful Foothills of Alberta. I stopped to take the photo because I loved how the winding road was partially visible ahead of me. The winding mountain road leads the eye through a lush forest of evergreens, drawing you toward snow-capped peaks that rise majestically in the background. I wanted the vibrant colours of the spring view  light and texture brings depth to the towering cliffs and serene alpine sky. I included the green highway sign and guardrail hint at the human journey through this natural wonder, evoking adventure and awe. Perfect for nature lovers and road trip dreamers alike, this painting is a tribute to the wild and winding spirit of the mountains.

“Forest Bathing” is completely 14 x 18 acrylic on stretched canvas. I wanted this painting to represent how wonderful a hug feels from the unconditional love of the forest ❤️ #forestart #forestbath #forestartist #métisartist
I have questioned why l wanted to paint this 15 x 20 floral watercolour. Then l remember the joy of creating and the peace it offers. Lots of time needed to complete the other half of this one 🩷#floralart #floralwatercolour #inmyzoneart
